Meeting Room Technical Details
The congress centre is distributed over two floors and includes two plenary rooms and a modern auditorium equipped with direction room, projectors and simultaneous translation systems. Whilst completely autonomous, the centre can be reached from the -2 floor of the hotel and from outside the structure it can be accessed via the independent entrance located on the -3 level. In the foyer area guests will find a bar, wardrobe and deposit area. The meeting rooms are equipped with video projector, motorised screen, overhead projector and flip chart. Video and audio recording systems, simultaneous translations and tele and video conferencing can be provided on request. As in the rest of the hotel, the conference centre is equipped with a wide band wireless connection.
